ˇˇˇˇˇˇHefei Science and Technology Innovation
Public Service Center (hereinafter referred to as ˇ°Centerˇ±) is
a landmark project of national technological innovation pilot
city and an important part of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu independent
innovation comprehensive reform experimental area. ˇ°Centerˇ±
adheres to the scientific development concept and guided by ˇ°
innovation, service, cooperation and exchangeˇ± for the purpose
of technology resource integration, sharing as the core, to
enhance the regional capability of independent innovation and
scientific and technological capacity for the purpose of
radiation, take use of modern information network technology,
set up scientific and technological innovation and open
platform for public service. ˇ° centerˇ± including the following
seven parts: technological achievements into transactions,
intellectual property protection and trade, cooperation of
technological innovation, scientific instruments and equipment
sharing, scientific and technological information ,
professional technology , investment and financing service,
which are called ˇ° seven sub-platformsˇ±. In August 2008, Hefei
is authorized as ˇ°National Patent Technology Display and Trade
Centerˇ± by State Intellectual Property Bureau.
ˇˇˇˇˇˇˇ°Centerˇ± adheres to the principle ˇ°
governmental guidance, built by province and municipalities
together, plan as a whole, implement step by stepˇ± and always
keep ahead with the strong spirit of innovation . Province and
municipality build together with sharing resource and
functional complementarity. Many ways are taken use of to form
a concerted effort to actively push forward the ˇ°centerˇ±
development .
ˇˇˇˇˇˇˇ°Centerˇ± area is
divided into the following parts : technological achievements
and patent technology referral service area, display and
trading area , training and meeting area, intermediary
institutions service area, project-discussing area, ˇ°science
and technology hotline service ˇ±area, scientific information
query area and seven sub-platforms service areas. The ˇ°Centerˇ±
aims to meet the commonweal of society and provide the society
with ˇ°one-stopˇ± information and technology service
